When securing it to the floor the first step is to cut out the flooring under the rack s feet so it sits directly on the concrete or sub floor below.

I was looking at the s 1 from rogue and wanted to know if anyone who has purchased the it would recommend picking up the mounting feet.
I bet that you could bolt this down using the holes in the side of the lower members.
Rogue recommends that the unit be mounted to the floor unless a stabilizer bar is added.
This means that you can get an s 1 squat stand 2 0 with spotter arms for under 500.
The rogue kit is basically just pieces of 90 deg.
If not you could easily make something very similar that fit the dimensions of the ml rack.
Finish by sinking concrete anchors securely into the floor.

It was fun i imagine this this rogue rack will be much simpler to install considering its base mounted to a solid track already.

Rml 390f is designed to not be bolted to the floor.
The only way it will move is if you attached rings to it and extended them wayyy out in front of the rack to do ring rows or something.

Just be mindful of the garage floor slope when you mount it.
I think it can be but it s designed to function without being bolted down.
Since it would be solely used bar work i would think that the weight alone would be sufficient to hold it in place.
